Approval of the minutes from the May 15, 2019 meeting.

Case #2019-13- Petition for Special Exception Use Permit & Site Plan Review for the property located at 3369 Richfield Rd.  Parcel 11-33-576-030.  Owner Future Holdings LLC.  Lease holders Cory Perry-Klein & Dennis Richey would like to open a used car lot in the East portion of the building and parking lot.  Property is currently zoned C-2 Highway Commercial and Automobile Sales and Service is a Use Permitted by Special Exception.

Case #2019-14- Application for Site Plan Review for the property located at 7517 N. Dort Hwy.  Parcel 11-08-501-049.  Owner Connie Masters.  Lease holder Bonnie Hall, daughter of Connie Masters would like to open up a second hand store.  Property is currently zoned C-2 Highway Commercial and a second hand store is a Use Permitted by Right.

Case #2019-15- Application for Site Plan Review for the property located at 7008 N. Saginaw St.  This is the new KFC property.  Parcel 11-07-551-001.  Owners Plaza Street Fund XII LLC.  The original Site Plans included a cement block barrier wall.  They would like to change the wall to a wooden privacy fence type wall.  Property is currently zoned C-2 Highway Commercial.  The original plans were approved by the Planning Commission on August 23, 2017.
