February 20, 2019 Planning Commission Meeting Agenda

The Wednesday, February 20, 2019 Planning Commission Meeting will be held at 6 pm in the Genesee Township Board Room located at 7244 N Genesee Road, Genesee, MI 48437.  The Agenda is:

Approval of the minutes from the December 19, 2018 meeting.

Case #2019-01:  Site Plan Review of the property located at 5204 Energy Drive Parcel 11-20-551-038.  Currently zoned 1-2.  Universal Coatings would like to build an addition onto existing structure.  Owner Universal Coatings, Architect John Asselin.  This is a permitted use.

Case #2019-02:  Conditional Use Permit/Site Plan Review with Publication requested for the property located at 6007 Richfield Road.  Jack & The Beanstalk.  Parcel 11-36-100-071.  Currently zoned C-2.  Requesting that they be allowed to sell bulk landscaping materials.  Owners John and Linda Sumner.

Case #2019-03:  Petition to re-zone property located at 7234 Glidden Street.  Parcel 11-11-300-015.  Property is currently zoned A-R and the Township would like to see the zoning changed to C-2.  Owner Genesee Township.  (This petition is at the request of the Township).

Case #2019-04:  Site Plan Review of the property located at 6009 N Genesee Road.  Parcel 11-15-577-004.  Owner Genesee 888 LLC.  Renter Terry Compoe would like to open up a second hand store.  This is a permitted use in C-2.
